How do I book an estimate?

Easily schedule an on-site estimate using our Scheduling Page, or you can give us a call at (617) 804-5300.

What happens once I schedule an estimate?

Once you schedule an estimate walkthrough, our team will visit your property to assess the project and discuss your needs. After the visit, you'll receive a detailed Estimate through our online client portal.

What’s the next step after I’ve received the quote?

After receiving the Estimate, review it in the [Documents] section of our portal. If you have any questions or need amendments, use the [Messages] section to reach out to our team. Once you're satisfied, proceed to the [Contracts] section to review and sign the Contract electronically.

What is the scheduling process?

Upon your satisfaction with the Estimate, both parties will sign a Project Proposal which clearly outlines the project scope, duration, and approximate start date. We’re always happy to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability, and will confirm our exact start date as the project approaches.


What type of paint do you use?

Quality work demands quality materials. We use top brands like Benjamin Moore and Farrow & Ball for a premium, long-lasting finish.

How do I make payments?

After signing the contract, you can view the invoice in the [Billing] section of the portal. A 30% deposit is required for all projects, which can be paid via ACH or credit card through the portal. Alternatively, you can mail a check.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are HIC licensed, Lead-Safe certified with the state of Massachusetts, bonded with the City of Boston, and fully insured with General Liability and Workers Compensation. We’re happy to provide proof of licensing and insurance upon providing our Estimate.


How do you handle projects with lead paint?

As a Lead-Safe certified company, we follow strict protocols to safely manage and remove lead paint. We use specialized equipment and containment methods to protect your home and family from lead exposure.
